The fact that it lays out a comprehensive timeline, details on financing, and shows a map of the proposed building/space uses will all be attractive to the City Council. Quite transformational in how it provides an anchor type edifice that undoubtedly will remain a signature piece through generations to come. No question in my mind he was the one that came up with concept rendering of the sports srena. Not only does it create open park-like settings, it incorporates mass transit and to top it all off, has the world-renowned architect in David Adjaye join the team.
